François Vignaud is Senior Of Counsel in Salans' Paris office. He heads the firm's Global Life Sciences Group. François focuses on commercial law, corporate law and healthcare law. He advises his clients on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in France and abroad, mainly in the healthcare sector, but also in the industrial and services sectors. He also plays a major advisory role in regulatory matters in all the healthcare sectors (pharmacy, cosmetics, medical devices, biotechnology).
He has very broad experience in French and international commercial transactions, for example license and research agreements.
