Dr. Tamás Tercsák is a partner in Salans' Budapest office. He was also the co-founder of Szabó Kővári Tercsák & Partners Attorneys, which was established in Budapest in 1996. He heads the office's corporate as well as M&A groups. He has a proven track record in advising major international corporations on large-scale acquisitions and management takeovers across several sectors in the Hungarian market and also has considerable expertise in employment law.
He regularly publishes articles in leading legal publications on areas such as contract, damages, and company and tax law. His book on the theory and practice of the abuse of rights (law) was published in 2003. He was admitted to the Budapest Bar in 1995. As part of his work with the law firm, he spent two years in the late 1990s acting as one of the directors conducting the 'dormant account' matters for the Swiss Bankers Association.
Dr. Tamás Tercsák is a lecturer at the Law Faculty of Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest and is a listed arbitrator at the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
