Boris Strauch is a senior associate in Salans' Frankfurt office. His main focus is on advising clients on all aspects of regulatory and public law. Apart from environmental, planning and infrastructure, his expertise also covers topics of public law compliance such as data protection. Furthermore, he is engaged in real estate law matters.   • Advising Invesco Real Estate on its acquisition of a German EUR 218 million retail portfolio
  • Providing regulatory advice to a leading European railway operator on German railway operations, strategic advice on the acquisition of a German railway company
  • Assistance in the sale of Procter & Gamble’s non-prescription pharmaceuticals unit to Warner Chilcott (German end, pharmaceuticals, immission protection and related laws advice)
  • Advising the German Federal Government on legislative procedures in the energy sector
  • Rendering comparative law expert opinion to the government of an Asian state regarding mining law in Germany
  • Advising an international logistics project development company on its entry into the German market and all susequent project developments in Germany
