Dariusz Oleszczuk

Dariusz Oleszczuk is the firm's Global Managing Partner and a former senior partner in Salans' Warsaw office.

In addition to his management responsibilities, Dariusz has a strong record of advising foreign multilateral and bilateral institutions, investment funds and major companies investing in Poland, and major Polish and foreign institutions and companies established in Poland for more than 25 years.

He has broad experience across a number of practice areas including project and corporate finance, general corporate, M&A and foreign direct investment. 

Through his career, Dariusz has been published widely on the topics of foreign joint ventures and foreign investment in Poland and the region, and is a regular speaker at local and international conferences.
