Dr. Volker Junghanns LL.M. (Brugge) is a counsel in Salans' Frankfurt office. He concentrates on corporate finance and M&A with a focus on private equity (LBOs and real estate private equity). He also has long-standing expertise in certain regulated industries (telecommunications and multimedia, renewable energies). In these areas, Volker predominantly advises national and international clients with a view to M&A transactions (including reorganisations and restructurings) and commercial contracts.

  • Advising a private investor in connection with the setting-up of a platform for an MMOG company (browser games)
  • Advising funds managed by EQT in conncection with the acquisition of Roeser group
  • Advising BayernLB Private Equity in connection with the contemplated acquisition of various German enterprises (mid-cap)
  • Advising a Russian media entrepreneur on the operation and contemplated sale of a German free TV station
