Igor Davidenko is a partner* in Salans' Kyiv office. He has proven experience in legal practice, including the coordination of legal issues in major financial and commercial organizations.

Igor has been working in Salans' Kyiv office for the last 12 years. During this period he was involved in more than 110 multimillion complex transactions in different areas in Ukraine. He concentrates on matters of Ukrainian tax, civil and corporate law.

  • Advising a major stockholder of the leading Ukrainian producer of alcohol drinks with regard to the restructuring and diversifications of the business, creation of cross-border system of business management and withdrawal of ancillary assets 
  • Representing a leading Czech financial group in structuring the acquisition of a major Ukrainian bank and creating a structure of financial institutions 
  • Advising a leading international financial institution on tax issues relating to payment systems and instruments in particular
  • Advising a major Russian transportation company on the structuring issues of investment in a Ukrainian state-owned sea port
  • Advising a prominent Ukrainian steel manufacturer on tax structuring issues and international tax planning
  • Advising an international venture fund on several project financings in the trade and industrial sectors involving share acquisitions and structuring of the securities portfolio
