Jean-Luc Bédos is a partner in Salans’ Paris office.  He represents investment funds in the negotiation and establishment of leveraged acquisitions (LBO, MBO, OBO, MBI, etc). He works alongside executive teams in the negotiation and structuring of management packages. Jean-Luc advises French corporate groups on their mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisation and equity financing. He assists family funds and real estate funds with acquisitions and regularly advises clients on acquisitions and fund structuring in North and Sub-Saharan Africa.
