Dr. Daniel Barth is a counsel in Salans' Berlin office. He is specialised in the practice areas mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, private equity and real estate.   • Advising Stadtwerke Kiel AG on the conclusion of a real estate lease agreement in connection with the construction of their new headquarters in Kiel-Hassee
  • Advising Q-Cells International on the sale of the second largest solar park in Europe to the fund issuing house Nordcapital
  • Advising Warner Chilcott in connection with the acquisition of Procter & Gamble's ethical pharmaceuticals unit
