Budapest Associates contribute to IBA's Antitrust Newsletter

Bálint Bassola and András Horváth, members of the Competition Law Practice Group of Salans’ Budapest office published an article in the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Antitrust Newsletter’s winter edition about a case of the Hungarian Competition Authority dealing with bid rigging. Salans’ Budapest office represented one of the undertakings involved in the competition supervision proceedings at stake.

Noul Cod Civil - "Fiinta vie" (II)

Trecand in revista prevederile Noului Cod Civil, ne putem deja da seama ca este de asteptat ca autoritatile fiscale sa aduca o interpretare proprie acestor prevederi si chiar sa se incerce promulgarea de legi care sa le modifice. Cu alte cuvinte, va urma, si in privinta acestor aspecte, o perioada de incertitudine cu privire la evolutia practicii. Noul Cod Civil mentioneaza ca marirea, micsorarea sau constituirea masei patrimoniale afectate exercitarii in mod individual a unei profesii autorizate se stabileste prin actul incheiat de titular, cu respectarea conditiilor de forma si de publicitate prevazute de lege.
