Asset Finance (Aircraft)

We have extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of aircraft purchase and sale agreements for both new and used aircraft, including cargo, commercial passenger and executive jets. Our New York practice has a key role advising on almost all major US airline bankruptcies, typically representing equipment (aircraft) lessors.

In London, we regularly advise on the drafting and implementing of aircraft leading transactions, as well as in relation to the receivership/administration of airfreight fleet.

In Russia, we have worked with large Russian industrial groups on the acquisition of newly-built  business jets, including drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, aircraft maintenance contracts, and pilot training agreements.
