Position: Patent & General Commercial Litigation Associate
Job Description: The New York office of Salans LLP seeks an associate with 4-5 years of experience in patent and general commercial litigation. Strong experience in patent litigation at the trial and appellate levels is required. Experience in general commercial litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation is also required.
Candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
