Salans' Moscow office opened in 1991 and has since grown into one of the largest law offices in Moscow. It is staffed by Russian and non-Russian lawyers and professional support staff, all of whom are fluent in Russian and English, with many also fluent in French, German and other languages.
The Moscow office works closely with other lawyers of the Salans Russian Practice Group located in St. Petersburg, Paris, London, New York, Berlin and Frankfurt, and with Salans’ other CIS practice offices in Almaty, Kyiv and Baku.
At Salans, we strive to combine extensive knowledge of Russian law with the firm's experience elsewhere in the CIS in similar legal specialisations and industry groups. The office currently comprises over 100 fee-earners and support staff, and over 200 total staff in Moscow alone. In addition to the 17 resident partners in Moscow, partners in St. Petersburg, Paris, London, Berlin, Frankfurt and New York provide support to the Russian practice on a daily basis.
