Lawyers / Legal Staff
Many client matters on which we work are multi-jurisdictional. Most are extremely complex. Salans lawyers, wherever based, work closely with their international colleagues in their respective fields.

Trainees / Interns
At Salans, we offer law students and trainees the opportunity to gain exposure to high quality work at both domestic and international levels. We will also give you a high level of independence and responsibility to improve as a lawyer.
In addition to in-house training and supervision on technical legal skills, the Barcelona office, as a local office of a large multi-jurisdictional firm, will enable you to develop your understanding of broader commercial issues.
Along with strong academic achievement we seek qualities in our candidates that will allow them to flourish in the firm. Enthusiasm and motivation, loyalty and responsibility, as well as initiative and enterprise, are highly regarded. In Salans, you will be involved frequently in cross border teamwork, so good communication and interpersonal skills are vital, including proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
We look for students in the final year of their law degrees with excellent spoken and written English skills that will facilitate fluent and efficient communication.
