Anda G. Todor is the Managing Partner of Salans' Bucharest office. She focuses her practice in the areas of capital markets and securities, private equity, project finance and corporate law. She has extensive experience, having advised both domestic and international clients in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, restructuring, and joint ventures. Anda was a Fulbright scholar in the United States during 1994-1995.

  • Advising the largest integrated pharmaceutical wholesale and retail business in Romania in connection with its admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
  • Advising a media company, one of the top local TV channels, in connection with corporate, intellectual property and competition matters
  • Advising a leading insurance company in connection with the acquisition of the majority stake of a Romanian investment fund
  • Advising a large Romanian mall operator in connection with EUR 175 million financing of an existing indebtness for shopping malls portfolio and office buildings.
  • Advising a major French car producer in connection with establishing an R&D centre in Romania.
  • Advising one of the world's largest brewers in acquisition for USD multi-million asset valuation of Brasov-based brewery
  • Advising a major European finance institution on numerous financing transactions in Romania
  • Advising a major multinational cement manufacturer on IT outsourcing matters
  • Advising certain shareholders in Romania's leading mobile telecommunications operator in connection with various transfers of shares
  • Representing a German commercial lender to document and negotiate a USD multi-million export finance credit facility under English law for the benefit of a Romanian oil company
  • Counsel to a leading international telecommunications company on a USD 225 million bond issuance by one of its subsidiaries holding 57.1% of the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Romania
