Cécile Szymanski, an associate in the firm’s Paris office, concentrates on corporate law, securities and mergers and acquisitions.
Cécile notably has a solid experience in drafting corporate documents (by-laws, shareholder and board resolutions), assisting with the preparation of annual reports and participating to shareholders or board meetings. While advising clients on practical issues, she also advises them on appropriate corporate structures in the context of complex operations (M&A, spin offs, contribution of assets) and participates in the implementation of these operations. Additionally, she represents French subsidiaries of foreign companies, in coordination with the French statutory auditors.
