Dr. Bernd-Uwe Stucken is the managing partner of Salans' Shanghai office. He has lived and worked in China for over 20 years and has extensive experience advising on foreign direct investment (FDI), mergers and acquisitions and enterprise restructuring including strategic business and tax aspects.
Bernd is a former chairman of the Shanghai chapter of the German Chamber of Commerce and Honorary Representative of the City of Hamburg in Shanghai. He is a founding member and director of the Asia Transformation and Turnaround Association (ATTA).
