Ladislav Štorek is the managing partner of Salans' Prague and Bratislava offices. He focuses on commercial law and corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications and media law, litigation and arbitration. In addition to his practice, Ladislav has lectured on legal aspects of project management and contributed to international legal periodicals.

Acting for one of the largest private equity fund managers focused on Central and Eastern Europe in their exit from a successful investment into the largest commercial printing company in the Czech Republic, and in another contemplated acquisition in the Czech media industry
