Germain Sinpraseuth is Of Counsel in Salans’ Shanghai office. He specialises in corporate and commercial law and mergers & acquisitions. He assists international companies establish their Chinese subsidiaries or expand their activities in Asia, particularly in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Germain has also worked on projects involving Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam. He assists Chinese clients in outbound investment projects in Europe and the USA.
Based in China for more than 7 years, Germain assists foreign clients from the early stages of structuring project financing to the operation of their business in the service sector (logistics, security solutions, insurance brokerage, franchising, e-commerce) and for the manufacturing and distribution of textiles, luxury goods, cosmetics, medical equipment, automotive and new technologies in Greater China.
