Susan Shanklin is counsel in Salans' New York office. She is a member of the Firm's Global Employment Law Practice Group. Susan represents employers in all aspects of employment law and employer-employee relationships, including discrimination laws, hiring and termination of employees, employee leaves, wage, hour and overtime issues, independent contractor status, reductions in force, non-competition and other post-employment restrictions, trade secrets and confidential information, and employment contracts. Susan's practice includes counseling employers, representing employers in negotiations or litigation, policy and document preparation, employment practices training and workplace investigations and audits.
