Paul Salmon is a partner in Salans' London office. He is also the head of the London Corporate Group. He has over 25 years experience in acting for public and private companies and concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, company and business disposals, takeovers, flotation's, issues of securities and joint ventures. Paul is a specialist in IPOs for overseas companies and has lectured on the AIM Market in London and overseas. Paul acted for the first Romanian company to come to the London Stock Exchange.
