Krzysztof Sajewski is a partner in Salans' Warsaw office. He heads the German Desk and Ukrainian Desk, as well as co-heads the recently-launched China Desk in the Warsaw office of Salans. Krzysztof specialises in real estate, commercial and civil law. He has significant experience in real estate projects, including greenfield investments and has participated in several major M&A transactions. His experience includes litigation and participation in both court and arbitration proceedings.

Krzysztof is a speaker at numerous conferences and has authored several articles on real estate, civil, and financial law for Polish and international legal publications.

He is recommended in the legal directory Chambers Global 2011 as a ‘Regional Expert’ in the corporate/M&A category, particularly recognised for his advice to German-speaking clients.

  • Day-to-day representation of various multinationals present in Poland in the distribution and retail sectors, as well as in the building and production industry
  • Advising institutional investors on numerous acquisitions in Poland
  • Advising on refinancing and financing of real estate
