Pirouzan Parvine is a Partner in Salans' Warsaw office. He is an Avocat at the Paris Bar and a registered foreign attorney at the Warsaw Bar. He is a member of Salans’ Global Corporate Group and the coordinator of the Global French Desk, with a special focus on Salans Offices located between Warsaw and Istanbul.
From 1998 Pirouzan turned his focus to Projects (Energy) and Corporate work in a wide range of emerging countries in North and West Africa, the Middle East and Central Europe (Poland and Hungary).
In 2004 Pirouzan relocated to the Warsaw Office where he advised on a number of major M&A transactions which took place following EU accession in a range of sectors as varied as defence, retail, IT, and automotives.
Pirouzan also regularly advises on Corporate Governance and Top Managers matters for the Firm’s clients in Central Europe.
On the basis of positive feedback from clients he is recommended by Chambers Global 2011 and Chambers Europe 2011 in the field of Corporate/M&A.
