Hendrik Muschal is a partner in Salans’ Berlin office and co-chair of the Global Employment Group of Salans. He advises numerous German and international clients on all aspects of individual employment law, collective employment law in both the private and public sector, international employment law and criminal labour law.

As Co-Chair of the Global Employment Group of Salans, Hendrik Muschal is strongly involved in the international business activities of the Group, particularly in the field of international investments and cross-border transactions as well as global HR management.

Recent Experience:

  • Giving employment law advice to employers in the context of national and cross-border activities from various industries and sectors, i.e. software industry, recycling and waste management industry, energy sector, metal industry and public/private health care sector
  • Advising the public administration on employment law with a focus on restructuring overflow staff, adapting work places, modifying remuneration collective agreements and agreed pay scale classifications etc.
  • Recognised and renowned expert on personnel cost optimisation in all industries/sectors at national and international level
  • Employment law litigation before all German Labour Courts
