Claudiu Munteanu-Jipescu is a partner in Salans' Bucharest office. He has more than eight years of privatisation experience particularly in the energy sector, having participated in a number of the largest privatisations in Romania. He also advises international clients active in the sectors of electricity distribution, public procurement/concessions, manufacturing, retail, transport, air, auto, steel, and real estate. Claudiu is the author of a number of articles on corporate share capital matters in prestigious Romanian law publications. An assistant lecturer to the University of Bucharest, he is currently a PhD candidate.
