Volodymyr Monastyrskyy is a partner* in Salans' Kyiv office. He is also a member of Salans' global corporate, real estate and employment groups.   • Advising a Ukrainian real estate development company on secured financing
  • Advising an Estonian investment fund in connection with the development of a project for the construction of residential premises
  • Advising a foreign mono-brand boutique and a foreign warehouse company with regard to commercial leases
  • Advising a foreign bank on its granting of secured financing to a Ukrainian real estate development company
  • Acting for an investment fund in establishing a non-state pension business in Ukraine
    Advising an international ticket and voucher company on its development of food voucher legislation in Ukraine
  • Advising with regard to the mass dismissal of local employees of a representative office and subsidiary of one of the world's leading chemical producers
