Wojciech Kozłowski is a partner in Salans' Warsaw office. He heads the pharmaceutical practice and public law groups and deals with administrative litigation and other disputes between private business and the state. Wojciech concentrates primarily in the areas of litigation and pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience in working for FMCG clients, including having successfully defended pharmaceutical producers in a "margin dispute" between the pharmaceutical industry and the government.
Wojciech Kozłowski is recommended as an excellent litigator in the 2011 editions of international legal directories: Chambers Global, PLC Which Lawyer? and The Legal 500 EMEA.
Wojciech is also recognised as an expert in the field of life sciences in Chambers Europe 2011, PLC Which Lawyer? 2011 and the Who's Who Legal series. Moreover, he was highly recommended in pharmaceutical law in 2008-2010 Rankings of Law Firms by Rzeczpospolita (Polish quality daily).
