Dr. Jörg Karenfort, LL.M. (LSE), is head of Salans’ Global Competition, Regulatory and Trade Practice (Berlin/Brussels). He advises clients in European and German competition, public procurement as well as regulatory matters. Dr. Karenfort has comprehensive expertise in dealing with German and European merger control as well as in anti-trust proceedings. He also advises national and international companies and trade associations in connection with compliance issues and regulatory proceedings both at national and EU level. His comprehensive sector expertise covers energy, IT, telecommunications, and media as well as life sciences. Jörg is recognised as a leader in the field of German and European competition law in JUVE, Global Competition Review Germany, PLC Which Lawyer? 2011/12 and in Best Lawyers 2011.
