Johannes Jonas, co-head of the German International Practice Group, is a partner based in Salans' Paris office. He concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and general commercial law, with particular emphasis on cross-border transactions with the US and Germany.
Johannes has practiced law since 1989 and has developed a large base of German (or German-speaking) and US clients doing business in France and foreign clients investing in Germany. He has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions/joint ventures involving small, medium and large US, German and French industry groups in a broad range of industries.
