Liza Ivanova is Of Counsel in Salans' Moscow office. She has wide-ranging experience in transactional and advisory work in connection with international investments in Russia, with particular focus on cross-border financings and acquisitions. Elizaveta is also an expert in the Russian natural resources sector, as well as in competition law and the strategic investments regime.
