Olga Humlová

Olga Humlová is a partner in Salans' Prague office. She specialises in real estate and public/private construction law, banking and finance, and corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions and arbitration. She is a member of the Editorial Board of Development News and is actively involved with the Association for Real Estate Market Development in the Czech Republic. Olga frequently speaks at conferences and has had a number of articles published.

Recent Experience:

• Acted for HB Reavis, a leading Slovak real estate developer, when acquiring their first project for th developmemnt of an administrative building in Prague
• Acted for Metrostav, a major Czech construction company, in connection with  the syndicated financing of an intented PPP project in Prague
