Dr. Josef Hainz is a senior associate based in Berlin. His practice focuses on EU/competition law, including antitrust, mergers and unfair trading practices. He has particular expertise in the telecommunications, media, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. He teaches German and European competition law at the University of Potsdam.
