Marc Fornacciari is a partner in Salans' Paris office. He specialises in administrative (public) law, in particular regulatory and project finance schemes for public infrastructure projects. He is particularly active in the area of public-private partnerships (PPP) in France and abroad.

Recent Experience:

  • Advising a foreign company on submiting a bid for the sea urbanisation project launched by the Principality of Monaco
  • Advising a company on the submission of a bid for the project launched by RFF (French Authority in charge of the railway infrastructures) in order to award a concession contract for the financing, design, construction, maintenance and operation of a new railway line for high speed trains
  • Advising Vinci Concessions in the tender procedure for the concession of the new stadium in Le Mans (EUR 100 million investment)
  • Advising the LOSC-LM (Lille Olympic Sporting Club - Lille Métropole) football club for the construction and the operation of the "Grand Stade de Lille Metropole" stadium
  • Advising the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Reunion island with respect to the procedure awarding a project for the construction of a grain terminal to SAS Terminal Céréalier de Port-Réunion
  • Advising a consortium with respect to a partnership contract concerning the financing, construction and operation of the Conservation Centre of the Museum of Civilisations of Europe and the Mediterranean in Marseilles
  • Advising a candidate on a bid for a partnership contract concerning the construction of a hospital building
