Piotr Dulewicz is a partner in Salans' Warsaw office and head of the Warsaw M&A and Private Equity Practice Team, as well as co-head of the recently-launched China Desk in the Warsaw office of Salans.
Piotr specialises in private equity funds, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has over 15 years of transactional experience. He advised leading private equity funds and a number of international corporations in acquisition and disposal of assets/companies. He has conducted many corporate restructurings in various sectors of the economy. Piotr has also advised on the formation of complex joint venture projects.
On the basis of positive feedback from clients and peers he is recommended by Chambers Europe 2011 in the field of private equity. He was also endorsed in Practical Law Company's Which Lawyer? 2012 rankings in the categories of private equity and corporate/M&A and listed as an expert by Legal Experts EMEA in corporate and M&A.
