Johannes Dombrowski is a partner in Salans' Berlin office. He works primarily in the areas of medical law, real estate management law and litigation. He is a certified specialist lawyer for both medical law and construction and architecture law. In the area of medical law, Johannes advises numerous doctors, hospitals and health centres on public and private law relating to doctors and hospitals, including specific questions of statutory health insurance.
In terms of real estate management, Johannes advises various (international) project developers on the acquisition and sale of individual buildings and portfolios. He draws up and negotiates construction and designer contracts and provides legal support for the realisation of construction projects as well as representing parties in court disputes. Johannes also acts as a notary public.
