Mike Danielewsky is partner in Salans' Frankfurt am Main office. He specialises in banking law, advising distressed debt investors and investment banks on the acquisition of non-performing and performing loan portfolios and on the financing of such transactions. Mike also works on structured finance products, in particular securitisations. In this role he has already participated in numerous securitisation transactions relating to trade and loan receivables (ABS, CDO/CLO) as well as restructuring such structures by advising either originators, arrangers or collateral managers.
Before joining Salans, Mike worked for international law firms in London, Cologne, and Düsseldorf in the areas of banking and finance, NPL and restructuring.
Mike has published several essays and articles on securitisation, factoring and non-performing loans both in Germany and England. He is admitted as a Rechtsanwalt and as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
