Pascal Chadenet is a partner in Salans' Paris office. He is primarily involved in French and cross-border acquisitions, private equity transactions, banking and finance.
Pascal advises French and foreign companies on their acquisitions and divestitures in France and abroad. He also represents investment funds, investors, industrials companies and managers in venture capital deals and leveraged transactions. Pascal acts on behalf of borrowers in the negotiation of financing arrangements and advises mezzanine funds.
