Julie Caussade is a partner in Salans' Paris office.  She concentrates on employment and social security law both in contentious and advisory matters.

Julie assists French and international companies from various economic sectors such as hotels and leisure, pharmaceuticals, banks, as well as the metallurgical, chemical and IT sectors. She deals primarily with the following aspects of employment law: implementation (employment contracts, remuneration and incentive policies, office rules and policies), acquisition, restructuring, relations with worker representatives and unions (negotiation of collective agreements, elections, etc.), TUPE, remuneration and social coverage of top management, as well as secondment and expatriation. She also represents companies before French courts.
