José María  Buxeda

José María Buxeda is the managing partner of Salans' Madrid office. He is a Spanish-qualified lawyer and concentrates on corporate law, real estate, commercial litigation and arbitration.

• Advising an international investment bank on a spin-off of its Spanish branch into a new Spanish EFC.
• Advising a leading multinational consulting services company on the acquisition of a leading consulting firm specialising in predictive analytics.
• Advising a Spanish renewable energy group on the sale of hidraulic and solar photovoltaic projects to an UK investment fund.
• Advising a multinational company in relation to the acquisition to a global leader in business services of its industrial cleaning services division.
• Advising a Spanish renewable energy group in relation to disputes between its shareholders.
• Advising a Spanish real estate group in claims related to damages in construction works.
• Advising an airline company in an injunction proceedings in international arbitration followed before the ICC against a leading provider of IT solutions.
