Dr. Utz Andelewski is a partner in Salans’ Berlin office. Dr. Andelewski advises companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law. He focuses mainly on advising companies of various industries at restructuring and recapitalisation as well as cost optimising including legal representation at court. In the area of ecclesiastical employment law, Dr. Andelewski advises numerous ecclesiastical institutions on all issues of individual and collective employment law and represents them at state and church courts.

Recent Experience:

  • Long-term advisory and legal representation to numerous churches and ecclesiastical institutions (especially hospitals, nursing homes and senior citizen centrums) on all issues of individual and collective state and ecclesiastical employment law
  • Long-term advisory and legal representation to a listed real estate company on all issues of employment law as well as restructuring
  • Long-term advisory of several health insurance companies on all issues of individual employment law and law of employee representation as well as on merger processes
  • Advisory to an international packaging means company at restructuring and cost optimising
