Alejandro Alonso is a partner in Salans' Madrid office. His main areas of activity are corporate and commercial law, M&A, litigation and arbitration, real estate, and retail distribution. Prior to joining Salans, he was a founding partner at Spanish law firm Alonso, Armand, Boedels y Associados.

Alejandro is a member of the Academic Council of Universidad Carlos III in Madrid as well as a lecturer in corporate law and international litigation at ISDE (Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía). He is regularly involved in activities with UBIFRANCE (L'agence française pour le développement international des entreprises) and CCIP (Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris). He is a member of the Barcelona, Madrid and Paris Bars.
