Roeser is the leading German producer-neutral sales enterprise for the medical demand of hospitals and clinics. Through its business lines Roeser Medical and Hospigate, the enterprise with seat in Bochum offers supply solutions including counseling, logistics and procurement services for hospitals and clinics in Germany and abroad. With more than 300 employees, Roeser cooperates with more than 900 suppliers and offers to its customers more than 800,000 different articles and goods.
The aim of EQT Expansion Capital is to support the future growth and expansion of Roeser Group together with its management team in order to expand Roeser’s position as German market leader and its international operations. Within the scope of the transaction, EQT Expansion Capital has invested own funds in excess of EUR 50 million.
