Salans Paris advised Regus, a company specialising in providing workspaces, on its acquisition of the BFI (Business Facility International) network of business centres from Affine.
Regus acquired 11 BFI business centres situated in the principal business districts of Paris (Champs Elysées, Madeleine, Opéra Louvre, Neuilly-sur-Seine, La Défense, Rueil-Malmaison), and in the regions of Lille, Lyon Part Dieu, Nice Centre and Arenas, and Sophia-Antipolis. This acquisition increased the number of business centres Regus manages in France to 50.
