Salans Paris advised ING REIM for the financing of the acquisition of three class A logistics platforms in Survilliers (95) by the logistics investment fund ING Real Estate European Industrial Fund (ING REEIF), managed by ING REIM. IPBM, managed by GE Real Estate France, sold the platforms in a close to 50 million euro transaction, reflecting a rate of return exceeding 8%.
The acquisition concerned three logistics platforms developed between 2002 and 2005 by Panhard Développement, totalling together almost 80,000 m², which are located in the Parc de la Porte des Champs in Survilliers. The whole of the first platform (32,000 m²) is rented by Gefco. The second (25,000 m²) is rented by Fiege and JPG and the third (22,000 m²) is rented by Office Dépôt and Alphalog.
