Salans Moscow Team Advises Holders of $100 million in Nutritek Group Eurobonds (LPNs) on Restructuring

Salans' Moscow office advised the holders of $100 million in Nutritek Group Eurobonds (LPNs) on the successful year-end restructuring of Nutritek's global debt to creditors. The team included Moscow partner Tim Stubbs and associates Julia Konstantinova and Vladislav Bromberg.  Nutritek Group is a leading Russian-based manufacturer of babyfoods and infant formulas.
