On 8 December 2009 Salans Moscow successfully closed Legion Development’s sale to Siemens Real Estate (SRE) of a free-standing Class-A office building in downtown Moscow, which will function as Siemens’ new regional CIS headquarters. The new-build, located on Bolshaya Tatarskaya Street in central Moscow, comprises 29,000 square metres with capacity for up to 1,200 employees.
Salans Partners Tim Stubbs (Moscow) and Peter Hughes (London) led the deal. They were assisted by associates Sergey Trakhtenberg, Vladislav Bromberg and Inga Shakhnazarova. Co-Chairman of Salans' Global Real Estate Group Evan Lazar also provided critical support.
