On 3 November, two giants of the pharmaceutical industry, GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, announced the creation of their joint venture, called ViiV Healthcare, the new world leader for AIDS treatment.
Pfizer was advised by Paris Partners François Vignaud and Jean-Marc Grosperrin on the legal aspects and Paris Of Counsel Mathieu Chernet on the tax aspects.
