Jean-Marc Allix has joined Salans' Banking & Finance group as a partner. Jean-Marc Allix, age 43, practiced with the finance group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he developed in particular an expertise in infrastructure financing. He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and has a post-graduate degree (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris II-Assas.
He is primarily active in project finance, public-private partnerships and asset finance, in the areas of transport infrastructure (highways, tunnels), public equipment and facilities (prisons, hospitals, police stations) and energy.
