A Salans team of lawyers led by Dr. Christof Kautzsch advised the hitherto shareholder in charge
of the apellasbauwert Property Group, Dr. Juergen Leibfried, on the founding of the Bauwert
Investment Group. The company arose as a result of the spin-off of the apellasbauwert Property
Group. Simultaneously our lawyers advised Dr. Leibfried on his amicable retirement as a shareholder
of the apellasbauwert group.
Salans had already advised the Bauwert Property Group and Dr. Leibfried on the merger of the
Bauwert Group, founded by Dr. Leibfried himself, with apellas in 2007.
The Bauwert Investment Group focuses on the realisation of retail projects in prime locations in
German cities as well as residential and office buildings in Berlin.
