Salans today announces the appointment of Benny Pang as a Partner in the Corporate Group in its Hong Kong office.
Pang, a partner previously at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, specialises in equity capital markets and M&A. He has worked on a broad range of corporate transactions with private and public corporations. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, his client base covers the United States, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and Australia.
Pang also has substantial experience representing issuers and underwriters in equity fund-raising transactions, including share placements, rights issues and open offers, and has participated in no less than 20 Hong Kong initial public offerings.

The news comes just after final regulatory approval was received in Hong Kong.
