Salans Warsaw advised the City of Warsaw in a public tender for construction of the North
Bridge.
The Warsaw Public Procurement Team led by Aldona Kowalczyk advised the awarding
body throughout the whole process, from invitation to tender through the legal part of tender
documentation and answering numerous questions from contractors, right up to drawing up the
agreement, which was signed on 21st April between representatives of the City of Warsaw and the
winning bidder.
A point to note: there were no protests submitted to the National Appeal Chamber in the public
procurement process handled by Salans experts and the whole tender was successfully completed. The

The North Bridge is a long-awaited investment in Warsaw and one of the largest municipal
investments in Poland. It comes in at nearly PLN 1 billion.
